Basingstoke Fire Protection Ltd is a registered waste manager for Halon 1211 and Halon 1301. Our Environment Agency number is EAN/961081/CB. Halon is classed as a controlled waste under the Environmental Protection Act 1989 and as any disposal has to be documented.
Basingstoke Fire Protection Ltd is registered with the Environment Agency as a Halon waste carrier. Our registration no is EAN/961081/CB. Once handled, we will provide a collection waste transfer note as this document is required to record the transfer from the owner of the system to the waste manager and this is therefore proof of the correct disposal procedure.
